Kids Krav Maga is the kid-oriented,
kid-friendly offshoot of Krav Maga. Through this upbeat Kids Krav Maga training
program, the Kids Krav Maga instructors educate each child about the importance
of personal safety, making their bodies powerful, enriching their minds,
building strong character and creating rewarding experiences in all areas of
their lives.
kids will learn to defend against common grabs,
hold, and strikes, while having fun. Beyond the self defense and physical
fitness component parents notice a positive shift in their child’s attitude. Our
training program improves your child overall motor skills such age agility,
co-ordination and balance.

Krav Maga applies its practical, no hold barred approach to a
complete street fight system. Learn simple techniques to end a fight as quickly
as possible. An aggressive training drill improves vision, help you manage
stress and gives you technique that works in real life situation. Semi contact
fights and controlled and fully monitored environment. Students learn combative
skills such as punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbows and defending chokes 360
degrees around the body. Bear hugs 360 degrees around their body, ground
fighting techniques, rape scenarios and getting to your feet quickly. Last but
not the least we teach people to function during the stress and shock of a
sudden, violent encounter. Tested in the street. Our course’s practical approach
to self defense will make you safer and more secure.
FITNESS & KRAV MAGA

Martial Art expert Dr. Rajnish Jawas with the teaching experience of 20yrs. This
program use cardio, drills heavy bag workout and sports conditioning techniques
to burn fat and tone muscle.
